Supporting Women in the Workplace

25th February 2020 | Central London

Despite significant progress in recent years, gender equality in the workplace remains a key issue requiring action and attention. In terms of maximising potential and skills, and facilitating the retention and progression of female staff, the rewards for both businesses and employees are clear. However, traditional workplace culture and structure often impede women in reaching their full potential.

Awareness is building around the need to initiate conversations around the menopause, and to accommodate female employees accordingly. It is also becoming increasingly apparent that there is a requirement for parental leave and flexible working to be made more accessible and feasible for male and female employees alike. Clear communication and guidance can ensure the implementation of such initiatives is both straightforward and achievable.

With this in mind, join us for our upcoming event, ‘Supporting Women in the Workplace’. At this event, our speakers will discuss the main barriers which women face and how to address them; provide awareness of the structural changes that can allow women to thrive at all points in their career; and contribute insights into how positive change requires commitment from all. You will receive actionable advice and best-practice from thought-leaders, and ultimately learn how to map a path to progress for your workplace.
