Supporting Women at Work

Supporting Women at Work

Tuesday, 30th March 2021 | Online Event

According to multiple recent reports, the UK is still generations away from achieving gender equality at work. In terms of maximising potential and skills, and facilitating the retention and progression of female staff, the rewards for both businesses and employees are clear. Nonetheless, culture and structure remain key impediments to women achieving their best.

However, awareness is building around the need to take firm action around issues such as the menopause, as well as parental leave and flexible working for male and female employees alike. Clear communication and guidance can ensure the implementation of such initiatives is both straightforward and achievable. Furthermore, clear policies and best practice in addressing instances of domestic abuse and sexual harassment are crucial to ensure that all employees feel safe at work.

Join Dods D&I for ‘Supporting Women at Work’, when expert speakers will provide awareness of the cultural and structural changes that allow women to thrive at all points in their careers. You will receive actionable advice and best-practice from thought-leaders, and ultimately learn how to map a path to progress for your workplace.

Please note that video recordings of each session will be made available to delegates in the days following the event.
